Delevery returns and care
We strive to deliver the jewelry as soon as possible, but since all jewelry are handmade, delivery time may vary. Custommade jewelry is delivery 7-14 days.
All jewelry are made in 925 sterling silver and 18 carat gold plated. Since all jewelry are handmade all are unique, and the jewelry can therefore vary slightly in appearance.
We draw attention to that gold plated is a surface treatment and therefore will be worn out over time.
The purchaser has the responsibility to report any defects or imperfections within 24 hours of delivery.
Within Danish law, the customer has 24 months to file a claim of an item. Ziva CPH Jewelry ApS has the right to refuse repair, refund, or replacement on a damaged items caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance, or daily use of natural wear.

In order to preserve your precious jewelery look as long as possible, there are some small things you can do. When you do not wear the jewelry, keep them in a jewelry box or a sealed box. Air enters and oxidizes the surface of jewelry and over time, they will look dull. However, this can be polished away. At the same time, the surface stays longer if they are not exposed to water, especially the gold plated jewelry.
At Ziva Cph Jewelry you can get your money in return within 14 days. Jewelry can be switched to another up to 31 days after purchased.
Jewelry purchased at ZCJ in the wrong size can be converted to other sizes. However, custom jewelry can not be refund, but can be converted to another size.

Once the process of custom jewelery has started, it is not possible to cancel the order. You can also not return or get the money back on custom jewelry.
